Anna was born in Guatemala, a small country in Central America, and adopted when she was only 8 months old. She grew up in Northeast Ohio in a big family, having 5 siblings. She has an Associate of Applied Business from Lakeland Community College and her Property and Casualty’s License from Hondros College. Ever since her first job working as a server at Olive Garden (Yes, we all love their never-ending soup, salad, and breadsticks!) she has enjoyed helping, serving, and getting to know others. These reasons are exactly what brought her into real estate. She aspires to assist as many people as she can whether it be buying or selling a home or just answering any real estate related questions. When Anna is not assisting her clients, she is hanging out with family and friends, enjoying her time being active, or volunteering at her church, St. Justin Martyr Church. She has big ambitions to start a family or her own one day and plans to travel the world to experience different cultures.
Dan was born in the city of Cleveland and as a young boy moved to Mentor with his parents and older brother (before his two younger sisters were born). He has always loved living in Northeast Ohio as snow does not bother him, he loves the Ohio State Buckeyes and he cringes appropriately at the end of most every Browns game. Dan went to Kent State University where he excelled in their national cheer leading program leading to a new passion and his first professional position after college with All Around Gymnastics in Mentor. A few months before Dan and his lovely wife Jennifer got married they purchased a foreclosed 1906 home in Fairport Harbor and demoed it to the plaster and lathe while waiting to start their family and eventually going thru In Vitro (IVF). This Lake County community allowed them a quaint fishing village atmosphere with little hustle or bustle but fabulous access to one of the best beaches in Ohio, small family businesses to support, boating and fishing access and a great dog beach. Dan took to refinishing 100 year old floors and worked with his wife to design and gut the kitchen and three bathrooms. Feeling a rush he reframed the basement and attic - when complete he realised it had inspired him to a new interest in renovating and woodworking. When finally blessed with a little one science blessed them with two at once - and needed to find a bigger home this time with land to expand but also spread out. They relocated to Perry with room for their three dogs, some exploration into gardening, more home remodeling and a new venture of wood working. After a few years of kid induced sleep deprivation and Dan became a full time stay at home Dad and the third little guy joined the family. Thankfully he was a sleeper unlike his twin big brothers so it allowed Dan time to reflect on the next phase of his career steering away from logistics management where he spent 12 years. Reflecting on the time he spent with his wife and for his family on remodeling - making four walls and a roof “home” - he wanted to be able to help others find that and help them see the possibility in those that need a little attention. He started his career in real estate in 2020 - which while a year of uncertainty in so many ways - it was one that allowed him to begin a career in which helping his clients meant listening to their must haves but hearing the needs behind that. Knowing the importance of a space to educate, grow into, protect or refresh for every type of client or family Dan has the unique ability of a fresh new perspective on an age old desire - finding (and making) your perfect home.

Jay is a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, known by many for his four plus decades in the art industry, as the owner of ArtUSA.com, and previously, Gallery One. He attended Riverside High School and The Ohio State University. He is a passionate Cleveland sports fan of the Cavaliers, Browns and Guardians, as well as his alma mater, the Buckeyes. In his free time, he enjoys long-distance biking, swimming, theater, traveling to anywhere warm, and doing just about anything outdoors with friends and family.
Jay’s wife Elisabeth “Liz” Kriesen Brown is a Registered Nurse with University Hospitals. She’s also a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio. Jay and Liz stay busy with their two teenage boys.
