Thank you for having an interest in the Real Estate Agent position with The Koerwitz Group.  Before we talk, we want to inform you of a few things about the real estate industry and being a Realtor so you can decide if we should go further in the process.  We don't want to waste your time if becoming a real estate agent is not a fit for you.

1.      Your income potential is unlimited – it is all up to you. 

2.      You will set your own schedule – working only when you choose to.

3.      You will determine your own activities – directly affecting your income.

4.      We will train you and teach you everything you need to know to make an unlimited income. 
     Understand that it will take a few months to be able to see an income from selling real
     estate.  Our goal is to make you successful in the real estate business as fast as possible.

5.      We will provide you with warm leads – who have expressed an interest in buying or selling.

6.      We will provide marketing that will bring you sales opportunities.

7.      You will be encouraged to work with your family and friends also. Sometimes, friends and
    families make the best clients.

8.      We will train you to do cultivate opportunities into business.

9.      We will hold you accountable for your activities based on your goals.  Your bank account will
     determine if you are doing what needs to be done to make the income you desire.
